Etly is a private, invite-only social service. By creating an account or using Etly, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Using Etly

• You must receive a valid invitation to create an account.
• Accounts are intended for personal use by real individuals.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to use Etly in a lawful and respectful manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or interfere with the operation of the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you share on Etly.

By posting content, you grant Etly a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for operating the service and making it visible to your selected audience.

Etly does not sell user-generated content and does not use personal posts for targeted advertising.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Belongs to you or that you have permission to share it
• Complies with applicable laws
• Does not infringe on the rights of others

Media Uploads

Etly supports text, image, and video uploads.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, abusive, or exploitative
• Intended to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Designed to disrupt or compromise the service

We may enforce reasonable limits on file size, format, or availability to maintain performance and safety.

Community Standards

Etly is intended for private sharing among invited users.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Harassment or threats
• Impersonation or misleading identity
• Attempts to interfere with or abuse the service

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these standards.

Ads and Paid Accounts

Free accounts may display simple advertisements.

Paid accounts (Etly Plus) do not display ads and may include a small visual indicator of support.

Advertisements are not personalized using private user content.

Moderation and Enforcement

Etly is moderated to maintain the integrity of the service.

We reserve the right to remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts when necessary, with or without prior notice.

Availability and Changes

Features may change or be discontinued as the service evolves.

Etly is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Reasonable measures are taken to protect data and service continuity.
